Plus ad to free web classified sites to maximize exposure. Mail out just listed postcards to our database of customers. Prepare and distribute flyers to other realtors. Caravan with our office. Prepare a color brochure with pictures to be placed in the property.  We advertise in numerous print publications including the Chicago Tribune, Sun times, Star & Your place insert as well as the homes guide magazine till it is sold. Communicate showings and feedback as we get it. Have a brokers open with clients permission. Hold open houses as needed.
